Working with a PEO means entering into a co-employment agreement. You will maintain operations of your business while we take on the responsibilities of payroll and compliance. This means we will file workers comp and SUI on behalf of your business. We will also manage year end audits and claims on your behalf.

We would be able to process every location’s payroll for you, eliminating the need for management to manually input hours, saving both you and your employees time and money.

At UPsource we prioritize transparency with all our current and potential clientele. As a result, we are able to generate financial reports upon request that would provide you with an overview of costs should you choose to work with us or keep your HR, payroll, and benefits in-house.
We also do not implement termination fees or yearly contracts. Instead, we believe our business should be earned every pay period, and part of the way we do that is by continuing to provide you with payroll reports that show you exactly where your money is going.

We are equipped to offer weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll for your business.
Our system streamlines the time consuming process of payroll into one easy step. All you would have to do is approve your company’s timecards by noon four days before payday (typically a Monday, though this varies for our semi-monthly clients). From there we generate the appropriate information to have paychecks hitting your employee’s accounts on payday.
We also provide reports for every payroll so you know exactly what is happening to your company’s money at any given time.

Each one of our clients has a dedicated representative who will work directly with your company to understand its ins and outs and get you the assistance you need when you need it. We will be on call to help you Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

UPsource partners with an insurance firm that specializes in writing insurance for high-risk businesses. We would be able to work with you to obtain and manage the plan that is the best fit for your company.
