  • Zac Northcutt

    Owner & Founder

    Zac Northcutt is an Oklahoma native and human resources professional. He earned his BBA in Human Resources Management from Baylor University. After years working in Dallas, Zac returned home to Edmond to raise his family and build a business rooted in integrity and service. Over his career, he has handled HR in a wide range of environments, from staffing nuclear power plants to navigating international employment law in Poland. This gives him a rare level of experience with complex and regulated workforces.

    Today, Zac serves as the President and Founder of UPsource PEO, where he provides practical and dependable HR solutions to small and mid-sized companies that want clarity, compliance, and peace of mind.

  • Julia Seely

    Customer Service Representative

    Julia Seely is a Customer Service Representative who grew up just outside Los Angeles and later in Edmond, Oklahoma. She earned a BFA from the University of Central Oklahoma and occasionally appears in commercial and indie projects.

    Julia brings five years of customer service experience and seven years as a teacher, plus ongoing hobby work directing theatrical productions. She is passionate about fostering clear communication and teamwork to reach practical goals, and she enjoys learning from colleagues then using those lessons to educate others.
