  • Yes. While we primarily operate under a virtual business model, we do recognize the importance of in-person intervention should a situation require it. As such, we would be able to arrange for your representative to come out to your business in select situations.

  • Yes. Again, while we primarily conduct business with our clients virtually, we would be able to arrange on-site, in-person enrollment meetings for our Oklahoma domiciled clients.

  • Yes, we can. Some of our clients run cash businesses. Through our working relationship with BancFirst, we can set up an UpSource payroll account on your behalf. BancFirst understands we are running payroll and allows for just about anyone to put money into the account. As long as the amount deposited matches the accompanying invoice, we can process your payroll without the risk of a suspicious activity report (SAR) freezing your account.

  • Working with a PEO means entering into a co-employment agreement. You will maintain operations of your business while we take on the responsibilities of payroll and compliance. This means we will file workers comp and SUI on behalf of your business. We will also manage year end audits and claims on your behalf.

    Our system streamlines the time consuming process of payroll into one easy step. All you would have to do is approve your company’s timecards by noon four days before payday (typically a Monday, though this varies for our semi-monthly clients). From there we generate the appropriate information to have paychecks hitting your employee’s accounts on payday.

    We also provide reports for every payroll so you know exactly what is happening to your company’s money at any given time.
